1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. During peak periods or for custom requests, processing may take longer, but we will keep you informed of any delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping is free within the following countries of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
For orders outside the aforementioned countries, shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination.
Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days (domestic orders).
3. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping for most items. Please note the following for orders outside the aforementioned countries of the EU:
Customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations and will be the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
International delivery times can vary due to customs processing, with an estimated range of 7-21 business days.
4. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, our shipping partners may leave a notification with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package. If the package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays may affect delivery times. We will notify you promptly if we anticipate any significant delays with your shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Report Damage: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sortergallery@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage, including the packaging.
Resolution: We will work with you to offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the extent of the damage.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
