SORTER provides curated vintage furniture and home decor for sale. Our products are sourced for their unique design and craftsmanship. Due to the nature of vintage items, all pieces are sold as-is.

3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in RON. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. While we do our best to ensure all pricing is accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors in product pricing.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for all items must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as displayed on the website. All transactions are securely processed through our payment partners.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout or, in the case of orders from outside the European Union after further contact. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. Please note that SORTER is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless an item has been significantly misrepresented. In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

7. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the purchased goods transfers to the buyer once full payment has been received and the goods have been dispatched. The risk of loss or damage to items passes to the buyer once the items have left our premises.

8. Limitation of Liability
SORTER will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
